Comiendo en el “eseonce”

O s11, como prefieran. Asà se llama el local en el que acostumbro a comer un par de veces por semana. Su menú del dÃa no es tan barato (10,5 €, postre y café incluidos) como en otros establecimientos de la zona, pero los dos o tres euros que pagarán de más, están perfectamente justificados.
El s11 (supongo que algo tendrá que ver con un mÃtico snack-bar que, en mis tiempos mozos, estaba ubicado en la céntrica Avenida de La Marina en A Coruña) es un lounge-bar-restaurante de aspecto minimalista situado en Acea de Ama, Culleredo, prácticamente ya pisando O Burgo. Su principal virtud, a mi entender, radica en ofrecer comida tradicional pero elaborada con un poco más de detalle y cuidado que en la mayorÃa de restaurantes populares. Su menú cuenta con platos habituales pero acertadamente modificados por la presencia de sutiles elementos innovadores, tanto en su elaboración como en la presentación.
En estas imágenes pueden ver lo he podido degustar hoy antes del cafelito final. De primero, empanada (hojaldre) de jamón y queso, chipirones a la plancha, después, y como postre, tiramisú. Como observarán, las raciones no son tan exageradas como en sitios más económicos, pero más que suficientes para llenar el estómago de una persona normal.
Pues nada más, háganme caso y acérquense a conocerlo. No se arrepentirán. ¡Buen provecho!.
