Tumbonas de matrimonio

Miren que gran idea han tenido en el pueblo coruñés de Malpica. Han colocado en su puerto pesquero, además de los clásicos bancos para que descansen los turistas, estos otros tamaño maxi, en los que poder tomar el sol acostados, echarse una siestecita, o cualquier otra cosa que a ustedes se les pase por la imaginación, siempre que sea decente o que no haya niños mirando.
Pero Malpica, como pude comprobar ayer mismo en mi ruta de reparto, cuenta con otros numerosos encantos. Este pueblo marinero es una minúscula penÃnsula con playa y muelle en puntos cardinales opuestos, pero separados por escasos 100 metros. Malpica se ubica en la comarca de Bergantiños (a 20 kms de Carballo), en la trágicamente célebre Costa de la muerte (Costa da morte, en gallego). Está rodeada, casi escondida, entre ventosos y abruptos acantilados erosionados por un agitado Océano Atlántico sobre el que suele flotar un pertinaz manto de niebla. Vayan a visitarla, les va a gustar, créanme. Y además, si no les gusta el paisaje, siempre pueden probar el marisco de la zona en cualquiera de sus abundantes locales de hostelerÃa. No hay otro igual. O casi.
